At Cigar Depot LLC, we are committed to delivering premium cigars and smoking accessories quickly, safely, and in full compliance with applicable laws. Below is our updated shipping policy, reflecting our current service areas and product classifications.
Shipping Origin & Carriers
- All orders are shipped from Tampa, Florida.
- We work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for deliveries.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
Shipping Area
- We currently ship only within the state of Florida.
- Orders with shipping addresses outside Florida will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Times & Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days within Florida.

- Free Shipping: Orders over $200 (subtotal, before taxes or discounts).
- Standard Shipping Rates:
- Economy: $9.99 (2–8 business days)
- Ground: $14.99 (2–5 business days)
- Priority Mail: $16.99 (2–5 business days)
- 3-Day: $18.99
- 2-Day: $24.99
- Next Day: $39.99
- Final shipping costs may vary based on item size, weight, and delivery destination.
Special Items
- HAZMAT items such as butane lighters must ship via ground services only, in accordance with FAA regulations. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks.
- Oversized items may incur extra shipping fees and longer delivery times. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories
- Orders shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories will be sent via USPS.
- Expedited shipping is not available for these destinations.
Sales Tax & Excise Tax
- Cigar Depot collects Florida sales tax as required by law.
- Florida does not apply excise tax on cigars, so no additional tobacco tax is charged at checkout.

- You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

We aim to process and ship orders quickly. However, delays may occur due to:
