Welcome to the Cigar Depot Rewards Program. This program is designed to reward our loyal customers for purchasing select premium products at CigarDepot.us

1. Eligibility

The program is open to individuals aged 21 or older who create an account at CigarDepot.us

2. Earning Points

Customers will earn 1 points for every $1 USD spent

Additional Ways to Earn Points:

• Account Registration: Earn 100 points ($2 USD value) upon creating an account.
• Referrals: Earn 200 points ($4 USD value) when your referred friend makes their first purchase.
• Birthday Bonus: Earn 100 points ($2 USD value) on your birthday.

Note: Points will be credited to your account once your order is processed and payment is confirmed.

3. Redeeming Points

100 points = $2 USD discount.

Minimum of 50 points required to start redeeming.

Customers can apply points to cover up to 30% of the total order value.

Points cannot be used for taxes, shipping, or other fees.

4. Expiration of Points

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

Customers will receive a reminder email 2 days before points expire.

5. Restrictions

• Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Points cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly permitted.
• Points will not be assigned to orders that are later refunded or canceled.
• A minimum of 50 points is required to initiate redemption.
• The maximum discount that can be applied using points is 30% of the total order value.

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications and Termination

Cigar Depot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program or its terms at any time with or without notice.

Any significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
