Welcome to the Cigar Depot Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.Program Overview
The Cigar Depot Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to our website using their unique affiliate links and authorized promotional materials.Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old to participate in this program.
- Your website, platform, or social channels must not promote illegal activities, tobacco to minors, or contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
Commission Structure
- Commission rates and qualifying products will be provided upon approval.
- Commissions are earned on valid purchases made through your unique affiliate link.
- Commissions are calculated based on the subtotal of the order, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts.
- Refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible for commissions.
Payments
- Commissions will be paid monthly, once the minimum payout threshold of $25 USD is reached.
- Payments are processed via the method selected during your registration, such as PayPal or direct transfer.
- Any transaction fees related to the payment method (for example, PayPal fees) will be deducted from the affiliate’s commission.
- Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.
Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to tobacco advertising and online promotion.
- Affiliates may not use misleading, false, deceptive, or spam-based promotional methods.
- Affiliates must ensure that their marketing efforts do not target minors.
Promotional Materials
- Affiliates will have access to Cigar Depot-approved banners, logos, and promotional links.
- Modifying or altering the provided materials without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates may not present themselves as employees, partners, or official representatives of Cigar Depot beyond their role as affiliates.
Termination
- Cigar Depot reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms or for inappropriate conduct.
- Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice to Cigar Depot.
Limitation of Liability
- Cigar Depot is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the affiliate system and are not liable for any technical issues or system errors.
Modification of Terms
- Cigar Depot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Continued participation in the program after changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
